These are the simple rules for using Oye Office, made by OyePost, Mumbai. By signing up you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and sign up for a real business. Keep your sign-in and PIN private. What happens under your account is your responsibility, including what your staff do in it.
Your data
Your business’s data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app works. See Privacy. You may only enter people’s details where you have a proper reason to hold them.
Using it properly
- No unlawful use, and nothing that harms other people or the service.
- Messages you send through the app, including WhatsApp, must follow the law and the rules of the messaging service. Send only to people who can reasonably expect to hear from you, and honour requests to stop.
- Do not try to get into another business’s data.
Free trial and price
New businesses can use Oye Office free for 45 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to carry on: ₹2,499 a month or ₹20,000 a year, plus 18% GST. We tell you before the free months end, and nothing is charged without your agreement. You can stop at any time and your data stays available to you. A business that joins with your referral code gives you one more free month (up to 12).
Cancelling and refunds

- Yearly plan: cancel within 15 days of paying and we refund the full amount. After 15 days there is no refund, and the plan keeps running until the end of the paid year.
- Monthly plan: stop at any time. The plan runs until the end of the month already paid; part-months are not refunded.
- Renewals are not refunded.
- To cancel or ask for a refund, use “Feedback and customize” in the app or write to rajat@oyepost.com. Refunds go back to the account the payment came from.
Availability
We work to keep Oye Office running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Our responsibility
Oye Office is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
