Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your Oye Office account and everything stored in it. This applies to the business owner. If you are a customer of a business that uses Oye Office, ask that business, or write to us and we will pass it on.

How

  1. Email rajat@oyepost.com from the email you signed up with.
  2. Write “Delete my Oye Office account” and your business name.
  3. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

The business’s account and sign-in, its staff list, customers, orders, payments, bills, photos, notes and messages stored in Oye Office. We do it within 30 days of confirming. Backups are removed on their normal cycle after that.

What stays with others

Copies of WhatsApp or Instagram messages kept by Meta, and any bill or file you already sent to someone, stay with them. We cannot remove those.
