Cancellation and refunds

Your first 45 days of Oye Office are free, so you can try everything before you pay. After that the plans are ₹2,499 a month or ₹20,000 a year, plus 18% GST.

Yearly plan

Cancel within 15 days of paying and we refund the full amount. After 15 days there is no refund, and your plan keeps running until the end of the paid year.

Monthly plan

Stop at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the month you have already paid for. Part-months are not refunded.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Use “Feedback and customize” inside the app, or write to rajat@oyepost.com with your business name. Refunds go back to the account the payment came from.

Your data

If you stop, your data stays available to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. See also our Terms.
